We currently offer 11 different varieties of apples.  Below you can read a description and see a picture.

Early Season
Early September through Mid-September

Zestar:​ Our earliest apple is bright red with greenish-yellow coloring. It is medium-sized and has a crisp, grainy flesh that is very juicy. This apple is sweet and is excellent for snacking as well as baking and making sauces.

Paula Red: ​This apple has a bright red outer skin with yellow to tan spots. Its flesh is cream colored, crisp-textured and it has a slightly tart flavor. It is excellent for baking, cooking or just as a snack.

Ginger Gold
This slightly tart apple sports a pale green outer skin with an occasional tinge of red. It has a cream-colored crisp textured flesh. Excellent for baking, cooking and as a snack.

Mid-Season
Picked during Mid to Late September

McIntosh
A light to dark red apple with tints of green covering a very juicy flesh that has a sweet, tangy (almost tart) flavor. A great eating apple, it is also good for baking although a thickener may be needed because of the juiciness of the apple.

Cortland
This variety of apple has a sweet and tart flavor with a creamy-white flesh covered by a vibrant red skin. It is an excellent apple for use in cooked or baked apple dishes

Honeycrisp
With a bright red and pale green skin, this apple's flesh is cream-colored and juicy. The apple has a slightly tart flavor and is an excellent choice for salads, baking, cooking, or just snacking.

Gala 
The Gala has a bright red overall color with bold strips of red over a yellow background. The fruit is firm, juicy, and fine textured with a yellow-white flesh. The Gala is sweet, with a slightly tart flavor. It is excellent in salads and for eating.

Fuji 
This early-ripening Fuji is ready for harvest six weeks earlier than most Fuji varieties. The flesh is cream-colored with a mild sweet flavor. Excellent for eating anytime.

Late Season
Picked Early to Mid-October

Golden Delicious
This variety of apple has a pale gold and freckled skin. It has a firm crisp texture and a sweet mellow taste. An excellent eating apple, it may lose some of its flavor when cooked.

Jonathan
The Jonathan apple is a very popular variety that has a shinny red skin. Its flesh is juicy, sweet and slightly tart. It is great as a snack or in salads.

Ida Red
This apple has a bright red skin and a cream-colored, crispy textured flesh. They are slightly tart and hold their shape well when baked or cooked.
